1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Storloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Storloop. Hosts must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding their listings.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings & payments
All bookings are subject to host approval (where applicable) and are processed through our payment partner Stripe. Service fees are disclosed at checkout.
5. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of listings, compliance with local laws, and the safety of guests and their property during a booking.
6. Timeliness & delays
Guests are responsible for arriving, checking in, and vacating the space or returning the pet on time as agreed in the booking. For short-term bookings, plan around the mandatory 15-minute buffer between reservations. For long-term (monthly) bookings, the space must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the final day. Delays may affect the next guest and are the guest's responsibility. During Beta, Storloop does not apply automatic penalties, but repeated late handovers may lead to account review.
7. Smart Extension & host discretion
Extension requests are shown to the host for approval. Storloop does not guarantee that any extension request will be accepted — the decision belongs solely to the host. Storloop only facilitates communication between the two parties. If the host approves, the guest completes the additional payment before the extension takes effect.
8. Notifications & consent
Both hosts and guests must keep in-app notifications enabled to receive booking confirmations, extension requests, check-in reminders, and renewal notices. By using Storloop you agree to receive these operational notifications on the devices you have signed in with.
9. Prohibited conduct
Users may not use Storloop for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or to circumvent platform fees by transacting off-platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
