Storloop does not provide any cover or guarantee for stored belongings. We strongly recommend arranging your own contents cover before moving anything into a Host's space, and photographing your items beforehand.

Access terms are agreed between you and your Host at booking. Some Hosts offer flexible access; others work to set hours. All access conditions are displayed on the listing — review them carefully before confirming.

Dogs are the primary focus of Storloop's pet care services, which include Dog Boarding, Doggy Day Care, Dog Walking, Home Visits, and House Sitting. Cats, puppies, and other pets may also be welcome depending on the individual Host — each listing shows which animals the Host is happy to care for.
